Chica's parents started buying the beautiful hand embroidered gift items and linens from Rudy's mom. Although Rudy has taken over the business and expanding the designs, his mom still works making sure each pillow sham, blanket cover, kleenex box, dish towel is up to her standards.

Raymundo Gonzalez was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a child he was exposed to the rich supply of architectural, cultural, and artistic displays that were part of his hometown. Borrowing from the influences of Guadalajara, it’s no surprise that Gonzalez pursued a life and career in the arts.
Veronica Pride Designs
Born in 1963 and raised in Mexico City, Verónica Pride came to San Antonio in 1981 to study fashion design at Incarnate Word College. Her distinctive style is a fusion of the indigenous Mexican and Modern American.
Did We Mention Color?
Most of our textiles are from Tenango de Doria, Hidalgo, Mexico. They are made by Otomi people, that are in Hidalgo, Puebla & Queretaro.
